For planning packages you will see who your Lead Planner will be in your custom portal. We match you specifically with your planner based on personality, style similarities, experience with your venue, etc. That being said, we also are a collaborative team and are often working together on the backend as well to brainstorm new guest experiences, curate designs that don’t feel cookie cutter, and ensuring all the details are covered so that you don’t have to worry about a thing! Event Management planners are assigned 3 months prior to wedding day.
We can! We actually love when clients book with us prior to securing a venue as it allows us to show you options you may not have considered as well as give you a realistic view and expert insight into logistics, cost, and design considerations for the venues you are looking at.

Who will we specifically be working with?
Weddings are staffed based on the unique needs of each event and we don't charge a fee if we choose to bring on additional assistants for the original scope of work. Typically you will have 2-3 assistants on wedding day in addition to your Lead Planner.
